As part of Black History Month, Modern Health's Modern Melanin ERG hosted the incredible Erika M. Brown, PharmD, MPH for a powerful talk on resiliency. I wasn’t prepared for the hard truths she dropped on a regular Tuesday afternoon, but today, I woke up feeling refreshed, repeating the new mantra: Rest is not a reward; rest is a requirement for existing.
